All of our bullet proof vests can be customized according to clients’ requirements of style, fabric, color, size (dimensions), ballistic material, etc. There are 2 kinds of ballistic materials, PE UD & Aramid UD (Kelvar UD, Twaron UD).

PE UD: Ultrahigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE), also called High Strength High Modulus PE fiber, which is featured of highest tenacity, low weight, soft, comfortable, outstanding UV resistant, moisture resistance and waterproof.

Furthermore the PE UD fabric has excellent performance on high specific energy absorption and fastest shock wave dissipation, which has been proved as the fittest, cost-effective material in ballistic field.

Aramid UD: Advanced soft ballistic material, Dupont Kevlar, Teijin Twaron. Aramid fiber is highly celebrated by its good chemical resistance, high heat resistance, negative heat expansion, light weight, environmentally friendly qualities, which guarantee the steady ballistic performance especially in high temperature environments.

Please note prices quoted are based on a minimum of 10,000 pieces. We have the ability to manufacture over 300,000 pieces of each and every item, including over 10,000 tons of panel a year. The throughput production ability to fulfill contracts of 10,000 pieces in 10-13 days turnaround period.
